In the Heights (2021)

In the Heights follows Usnavi (Anthony Ramos) who runs a bodega shop in Washington Heights. He dreams of going back to the Dominican Republic. Usnavi’s love interest, Vanessa (Melissa Barrera), works at the local salon, but dreams of being a downtown fashion designer. They both want to get away from their town and chase their dreams, but find themselves stuck.

Rick decides to go on a family road trip in attempt to bond with Katie again before she goes to school. However, a robot uprising breaks out in the middle of their road trip.

Most Anticipated Movies of 2021

Hopefully 2021 things will start going back to normal, but it will be a slow process. Cinemas are still mostly closed around the world, so a lot of these movies will be seen at home. And as many of you know, a lot of 2020 movies were pushed back to 2021 and 2022, so some films that were on my Most Anticipated Movies of 2020 list will re-appear here.

Top 10 Movies of 2020

2020 is finally over! It’s been quite the year to say the least. A lot of movies were pushed back, so my top 10 list this year consists of some smaller fair. I also haven’t had the chance to fully review each movie on this list now that I have a full time job, so I will provide a mini-review for those.
